National Walking Month
May is National walking Month, we should all be aiming to walk for at least 30 minutes a day.
Walking is fantastic exercise, keeps you fit and healthy and experts say can even extend your life expectancy.
As we all lead such busy lives we really need to make time for ourselves and to help us to stay fit and healthy we need to move more, a healthy body is a helathy mind and if we are in a good place we can make the world a better place.
Being fit and healthy will make us happy,positive and better people to be around, give it a try.
